When a worker is exposed to a dangerous amount of energy, they must be protected from contacting the live electrical parts. An arc flash event can cause fatal results if a worker is not trained and qualified to work around high voltage. This course will give an understanding of the electrical hazards and arc flash events. It will also teach principles for protecting workers from arc flash situations.

At the end of the course is a final exam that will test your retention and understanding of the course material. Upon your successful completion of the final exam, you will be able to print a certificate of completion. You may present your certificate to your employer or supervisor as evidence of your successful completion of this training course.
