About Course

If you have ever been part of a great team at work, you know how valuable it is for the company to have a team that is productive, supportive of one another, and highly energized. High performance team members generally love what they do, display passion and accountability, and thrive when they are encouraged to accomplish challenging goals.

In this course, we will explore the characteristics of high performance teams, effective inter-team communication strategies, the working styles of different team members, and the stages of growth for a team on the way to becoming high-performing.
