About Course

This is an EEOC standards-based and I-CAB recognized training course. It is intended for supervisors and employers. Topics covered in this training include general terminology, understanding hostile work environments, knowing your rights, recourse after a sexual harassment incident, and common myths surrounding sexual harassment. It also includes a proficiency checklist that employers can use to perform a practical evaluation. Upon completion, trainees will be able to download and print a certificate or wallet card to show that they have completed the course.
