Florida Sales Associate Pre-Licensing (63-hour)

The state-required 63-hour course to become a Florida real estate sales associate, provided by Kaplan Real Estate Education.

Florida Broker Pre-Licensing (72-hour)

For active sales associates with 24 months of experience who want the broker license.

Florida Exam Prep

The Florida state exam is a Pearson VUE exam. Prep with Kaplan, then take your exam here at IG Group in Englewood.

Florida Post-Licensing (first renewal)

Required before your first renewal: 45 hours for sales associates, 60 hours for brokers.

Florida Continuing Education (14-hour renewal)

Every renewal after the first: 14 hours, including 3 hours of Core Law and 3 of Ethics.

Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) Licensing

The 16-hour course and exam prep for the Florida CAM license.
