Overview

Everything you need to know before an exam at IG Group, whichever provider you booked with.

Before you book

Exams are scheduled with the testing provider (Pearson VUE, PSI, Talogy or Meazure Learning), not with us. When the booking asks where you want to test, choose IG Management Group in Englewood, Florida. Our site IDs are on each provider's page under Testing & Services.

What to bring

  • Two forms of ID. The first must be a current, government-issued photo ID with your signature, in the same name as your booking. Your exam program's rules decide what counts as a second ID.
  • Your exam confirmation email.
  • Any accommodation approval from your exam program.

When to arrive

Arrive 30 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may be turned away by the provider and the exam fee may be lost.

Parking

Free parking on-site at 1460 S. McCall Rd., Englewood. We are Unit 1E.

Personal items

Phones, watches, bags, notes and food are not allowed in the testing room. Lockers are available for your belongings.

Rescheduling or cancelling

Use the account you booked with (Pearson VUE, PSI, or your exam sponsor's link). Each exam program sets its own notice period, usually at least 24 hours. We can't move a provider appointment for you.
