My experience at the IG management group was nothing short of excellent. I believe that every testing center should strive to emulate this place. Unfortunately, at two other locations in Fort Myers, I didn’t have this same positive experience, particularly as they did not accept individuals with disabilities. I had to drive almost two hours to reach this particular location, but it was worth every minute. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. The person who attended to me was incredibly kind and made the process so much easier. While the exterior of the building still shows the aftermath of the hurricane, the kindness and support I experienced inside overshadowed any concerns about the surroundings. In the end, how you’re treated matters more than just numbers or procedures. I just want to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone at the IG management group. I give you 5 stars!

A great facility for test taking. It’s in a great location, easy to get to without frustrating traffic, which means a lot to me because it’s no fun to arrive stressed out. Inside it is clean and looks great. The staff are very friendly and professional.
